RAF Watton

I receive so many unexpected messages form across the country and around the world, that they no longer surprise me. I received such a message last week from Julian Horn, a writer, publisher of The Wayland News and resident of Watton, England. Mr. Horn has devoted much of his time to recording and sharing the history of the Royal Air Force base in Watton. This facility not only is prominent in She Called Him Raymond, but was of significant importance throughout World War II and contributed greatly to the victory by the Allied Forces.
